About the Role
The Renov Team is looking for a Bilingual Outside Sales Representative to help homeowners and property managers find the right remodeling solutions. This position is a mix of office work and outside selling—about 50% in-office (calls, follow-ups, scheduling, estimates coordination) and 50% in the field (site visits and client appointments). You’ll offer solutions across all of our services, based on what the client needs.
Requirements
Bilingual (English & Spanish) — required
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working independently without close supervision
Willing to work some evening/weekend appointments
Personal vehicle + valid driver’s license
Ability to meet and exceed goals
Preferred Qualifications
In-home sales, B2C sales, or home improvement sales experience
Experience selling remodeling services (windows/doors, roofing, bath/kitchen, HVAC, etc.) is a plus

Job Description
Responsibilities
Meet with customers at their homes or job sites to assess needs and recommend services
Deliver interactive sales presentations on our remodeling and construction services
Sell all Renov Team services (examples below) depending on what the property needs
Generate and manage leads through follow-up, calls, and referrals
Coordinate with the office/team on scheduling, scopes, and next steps
Build and present pricing proposals and negotiate contracts
Track your sales activity, targets, and results
Maintain a professional, helpful customer experience from first contact to contract signing
Work a flexible schedule, including some evenings/weekends based on customer availability
